What does the 30-day free trial include?

How accurate is the financial information?
Clarity builds your financial status in real time as we receive your bank notifications. However, the source of truth is your banks' end-of-month statements. If any transaction (such as SINPE Mobile) is missed during the month, it will be automatically reconciled when the monthly statement is received. The most accurate and complete data will be available once all monthly statements have been processed.
How do you protect my financial information?
We use multiple layers of security: HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications, encryption at rest for stored data, passwordless authentication (Magic Links and OAuth), and strict data isolation per user. All our cloud service providers comply with international security standards. Your documents are processed automatically by secure systems, with no manual human review.
Do you sell or share my financial data?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We only share data when necessary to provide the service (document processing, secure storage) or when required by law. All our service providers are under strict confidentiality agreements.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely in cloud storage services with automatic encryption at rest, encrypted databases with restricted access, and processing systems with authentication and encryption. All providers comply with international security standards and are certified in data protection.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time and we will remove all your personal information from our databases and backups within 30 days, except that required for fraud detection or legitimate legal purposes. You also have the right to request access, correction, restriction, or transfer of your personal data.
Who owns my financial data?
You retain all rights to your financial data. By using Clarity, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely to provide the service. Your data is yours and you can delete it at any time.
Do you manually review my bank statements?
No. Your documents are processed entirely by automated systems with secure authentication. There is no manual human review of your bank statements or transactions. Processing is automatic, secure, and private.
